With the aims of disseminating the concept of Campus Autonomy to its stakeholders and thereby preparing the detailed campus reform plan, Mahendra Ratna Campus, Tahachal applied for the Incentive Grants to University Grants Commission (UGC) and the UGC kindly considered our application and provided us with the incentive grants. With that grants the campus carried out the discussion among the key stakeholders, carried out SWOT analysis and prepared a strategic plan of the campus.
The draft strategic plan was shared among the key stakeholders and their feedback and concerns were incorporated. The strategic plan consists of seven chapters. The first chapter mentions the processed followed by the campus in order to develop the strategic plan. The second chapter presents the institutional profile of the campus and the third chapter outlines the development trends. The fourth chapter presents the details of the SWOT analysis and set the priorities for the institutional development. The fifth chapter outlines the vision, mission, goals, values, programs and priorities of the campus in the form of strategic plan. The sixth and seventh chapters present the resource expectation and the estimated budget for the reform agenda presented in the plan.
